Huisie is an app that watches the housing market for you. You tell Pip — our little bird — what you're looking for, and we chirp the moment a matching home hits the market. That way you never miss a thing and don't have to refresh all day.
Is Huisie free?
Yes, you can try Huisie for free. Set your preferences and receive chirps without it costing you a thing. Any premium features are always optional and clearly marked.
How quickly will I hear about a new home?
Pip checks the market day and night. The moment a home appears that matches your wishes, you'll get a chirp almost instantly — usually within a few minutes.
Will I get realtor spam?
No. We only send notifications about homes that genuinely match you. No ads, no noise — only good news.
Which regions does Huisie cover?
Huisie currently covers Utrecht, Rotterdam and Dordrecht. We're expanding step by step — Pip will let you know the moment new cities come on board.
Which devices does the app support?
Huisie is available for iOS and Android. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the same account on all your devices.
